![]() She said if we called back somebody would be waiting to unlock the door for us, which made us think it would be a pretty quick fix so we opted in for that rather than the refund. We called the customer service line and somebody said we could go to our local Walmart to trade out a new one. When we moved upstairs to the first bedroom it worked for maybe two swipes through and then stopped dispensing water no matter what we tried (different outlets, letting it cool down for 15 minutes, having our mechanic friend take a look at it to see if there were any physical issues he could see right away, etc). Had a little issues getting started but potentially user error, but we also kept getting the jam light every few steps. ![]() We rented, got home and immediately got started on our living room carpet.
